📦 Return Window

We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on most new and unused products.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in original condition, including:

    • All accessories

    • Original packaging

    • Manuals or included materials


💰 Refund Eligibility

You will receive a full refund to your original payment method when:

✔ The returned item is received and inspected
✔ The item is in sellable condition
✔ All accessories/parts are included

Refund processing time:

  • 2–5 business days after we receive the return

  • Some banks or card providers may take additional time to post funds


Non-returnable or Limited-Return Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Opened software, digital codes, or activated subscriptions

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

If an item is defective on arrival, please contact us immediately.


🚛 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective),
    we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to change of mind or buyer error,
    return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

A prepaid return label will be provided in either case.


📦 Exchanges

We are happy to help with exchanges, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.


🧾 Return Instructions

To start a return:

  1. Email us at cs@sunriseshoppingmall.com

  2. Include:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

  3. We will reply with:

    • Return authorization

    • Step-by-step instructions

    • Your prepaid return label if eligible

Please do not ship items back without authorization.


🛑 Refusal of Return

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Are sent after 30 days with no authorization

  • Are missing parts or accessories

  • Show excessive wear, misuse, or damage

  • Are returned without tracking


📍 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows “Delivered,” packages are deemed delivered.
Contact us and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement for porch theft situations.
