- Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Sunrise Shopping Mall ships all items within two days of receiving an order.
- Please understand that for safety reasons, Sunrise Shopping Mall is not allowed to change shipping addresses.
- For orders that have already been shipped, please contact the carrier directly.
- For orders that have not yet been shipped, please cancel the order and place another order with the correct shipping information.
- You will receive notification of any delays or cancellations of your order.
- Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, follow these steps:

- Put Cancellation Request in the subject.
- Please include your order number
